I would apply for reconsideration because I do not have time to reapply now.

What were your grades in the academic report that you sent to them via webform?
Truly sorry to hear the bad news bro. You have a strong profile with high IELTS score, can't believe they refuse your application. Did you show your funds and family tie?
I shared mine and my parent's ITR along with a balance that would cover my 1-year course fee in my personal account. My course is of 1 year.
And ofc, I paid my GIC and college 1st-year fee. I did not attach a CA report.
I'm planning to send a reconsideration request as I do not have the time to reapply and get a decision soon.
I asked this because if the grades were not good then it would have negatively impacted the decision, but in your case your grades are great. I don't understand what they want from students.
Yeah, that is the reason why I attached my academic report to show my genuinity as a student. I do not know what else I could have done.
