I would greatly appreciate an input from anyone. I have a part-time virtual assistant work. Kindly advice what address I should put in the application form. Should it be my employer's US address or should it be my current home address since it is a virtual work?

I would put the employer's address, but mention it is virtual/remote, so when they cross check with the history addresses section, they know there isn't a contradiction between the two. Also, I would write an explanation letter with the application to be safe.
