What are the chances of getting PR for an experienced Engineer having Bachelor's and 6 years of Foreign work experience? The CRS score works out near to 430. Is that sufficient? Or am I mis calculating the score?

430 will not get you an invitation through Express Entry. You need around 470. You can research PNP programs and see if eligible. You may only be eligible for Alberta. For Saskatchewan you need to be licensed. Assume you have completed ECAs and IELTS.
