This depends on your medical status...if your medical is valid for less than 6 months then to get your counterfoil updated you need to resubmit your medical...medical validity will be calculated from the date it was updated in your gc key account....if all good then report technical issue on gc key they will update it within 15 working days....i faced the same issue

My husband’s medical is valid until February 2022 and mine May 2022. I’m inland primary Applicant and he’s Outland. Do he need to give remedical without medical request? Don’t worry your passport is stamped. It’s on the way back to you. Maximum in another 24-48 hrs you will get ur counter foil and Correspondence letter (POE) updated.
