Urgent what the right adress to send my passport for stamping

Hi guys. i hope you all doing well Forgive my lack of knowledge, but This is the first time I do it my self l, as my employer used to do it for me before, i just need some quick help my temporary worker visa from inside canada has been approved and i got a request to submit my passport for stamping, and i'm not sure how to do it properly, Which adree should I choose? The information on IRCC website is a bit confusing
Is it the first one or the second??

If you are sending it using Canada Post you use the first one….
If you use FedEx, DHL you use the 2nd one

On the standred small envelope the one IRCC is going to return, do I have to write down thire address again or just my address?
