Hello, re posting this again. Any insights will highly be appreciated.

I highly suggest to renew as soon as possible. Here is the letter that I received from immigration.

“Our records indicate that your passport has expired or will expire within the next 12 months. Please apply for and then submit a copy of your new passport which has greater than 12 months of validity remaining. This must be received at this office by….“

The SA letter must have stated generic requirement of medical test. Is your LVO still Tel Aviv as per SA letter?

Yes, it is. It has a generic requirement, but when my mom called to schedule an appointment were asked to provide an IME number... Never mind I got it today. (wrote an email and asked to resent IME again) Thank you!

I am not in tracker. My parents file is in Ankara. Medical Feb 2021, Police certificate May 2021 and prearrival Oct 2021.
As we are getting close to the anniversary of the medical i emailed Ankara and this time their response was different.

This is in response to your recent E-Mail enquiry.

You will shortly be receiving a passport request letter. Your visa will be valid until February 02, 2022 and you should be able to land by that date.

How long after pre arrival normally they send the passport request?

Typically within 2 months. We got the passport request today.

@Roya-FSW BTW, while all this time communication with us was done via me (Sponsor), this passport request went directly to my mom. Even though email says "Please note that this message is sent to all active email addresses (including sponsors) on file," I did not receive anything. So, make sure you check all emails (including junk folders) that you submitted during application.

my parents got invitation for CoPR. In the letter they ask if applicant or dependents are currebtly not residing in their country. If yes, inform within 5 days via webform.

My father was in India so he sent his passport, it got stamped and came back.

My mother is in canada, as instructed we submitted a webforn informing IRCC of my mothers current residence is in Canada and not india and she can't submit passport with my father. Ideally, she could do virtual landing while being in canada.

we have not received any communication yet and they are always busy to take calls at customer service number. Its dead silence from IRCC...

Any one in the same boat???

I am really worried as my mother may have just missed her chance.

It just seems like virtual landing takes longer to process than oversea applicants now.

I submitted my first webform on August 30. Then submitted again on September 30. Nothing yet.... its radio silence

IRCC don't bother to reply to the web form. Usually, they just take action whenever they get the chance. It means it can take few months also.
