My friend is a high school grad in his country, he applied for a WES and his credentials is 2 years diploma, what does that mean guys? It says secondary school and 2 years diploma,

He doesn’t have a post grad diploma if he doesn’t have a three year degree/diploma. He has a secondary diploma and 2 year diploma. So he counts 2 year diploma.
