Hi. I'm 22, i live in cameroon, i have a high school diploma (i mean BEPC in Cameroon) and i need to know if i can be eligible to the Ontario immigration programm. I have more than 3 years in painting experiences.

Unfortunately you won't qualify for the Ontario immigration program with only a high school education.
