No, you have to manually check ECAS it will show decision made and on gckey it will not gonna update anything. That's what I experience.

My AR was Oct 29 Inland with 2 outland dependent, it has been 12 months and 13 days and still no AOR.

I think, you could either call them or send webform to see why you can’t link your application with your gckey.
