Delay in BIL for a study permit

I have submitted my application on 9th Nov at 2:37 AM IST and I did receive an email post 24 hours stating that my application status has changed. But I don't observe any changes and haven't received BIL too.
Can anyone let me know what should be my next step, kindly advise.

There is often a slight delay in changes showing up online.

Great. But I haven’t received BIL yet. I guess I can’t do anything expect waiting for that.
