She can apply for an open work permit now if she didn’t apply one along with the PR application that is how it will be safe and do not need another Lmia

Thanks for all your answers. She just got her permanent AOR in October 30, 2021 while the advertisement for LMIA is active. She applied for open work permit with her PR application. I didn’t hear anybody here yet got their open work permit approved under HCCP PR application so have no idea how long it’s going to be.
