I created an EE application on October. I have a CRS score of 430. Is there any chance i will get an ITA this year? Any leads is appreciated. Thanks in advance

CEC- May be if IRCC conducts CEC draws again.

But may only be eligible for Alberta or Saskatchewan. What is your SINP score? Check the SINP scores and whether your NOC is ever selected.

Last time that NOC was selected was a year ago with 69.

For PNP, any idea how long it takes to get an invitation?

You will get it when they conduct the next draw. They seem to be conducting PNP draws every month.
