Do I need to submit a police certificate as well? I came under a student visa and at that time I applied with my police certificate for a study permit and since then I have not been outside. Do I need to submit a police certificate for PNP pr? if so, should I get it from back home or canada?

Yes, you need for last 10 years or since age of 18..
It should be mentioned in the checklist.

Obviously you will need a police clearance certificate whether or not you travelled to any country. Here is details:

You need to get Canadian PCC from RCMP, your Indian PCC will be fine that you have before entering Canada.

Sept 2020 sent for work experience verification (email to one referee, current manager, keeping him in CC and mail to another one keeping "To" whom reference i did not provide and he was an ex. manager)
Reply made by current manager as referee and another one could not reply as he is not able to use company's email due to his resignation in 2017 instead of him one of colleague made a reply giving details of my job and salary at each position as per consultant advice.
Since than no reply
I am in tremendous anxiety
Please advice

You need to get Canadian PCC from RCMP, your Indian PCC will be fine that you have before entering Canada.

do we need to give finger print for getting Canadian PCC?
