I hope everyone is doing well!

Can someone help me with following issue

My citizenship outh is scheduled for 24th november 2021. But I have not received the invitation letter yet from IRCC. Is there any way I can contact them to describe my situation, possibly a phone number?

I tried the webform for the above query but they responded that they are only responding to urgent/specific queries.

You will get instructions 3-4 days prior to the scheduled Oath ceremony. Not before that.
