History of immigration and citizenship status

I lived in Kuwait for almost my entire schooling as I was a minor and my parents were residents. Should I add that information there too?
I don't really have exact start and end date for that period

i had my family found my older passports. my official status starts when i was 6 years old. do you think i should add dates prior too or stick with the official stamps

I also ended up adding visit, business, Troy rush visas as well, which I received from the start..which only included visas obtained from embassy/consulate and once obtained on arrival.
