Hi Gina my hearing was last week alhamdullah was very good .the end was minister council and juaj was agrey we accept your marriage was genuine..what don't it mean I won the appeal? Becouse my representative said you won the appeal.afrer that how long should I wait for medical request? Please share your experience thank you ..
Wow! You’re through Accra? We had our hearing and received our approval of appeal on January 15/21 and haven’t heard anything yet. Your news gives us hope!
They are working now. We won appeal in March as well and our file was also reopened yesterday in Accra. Got medical and pre arrival as well..

My advice for anyone who has had their appeal allowed is to just relax and don't be too impatient. There will be another process that will be a little long. In the meantime, just wait for IAD to send decision to CBSA and then CBSA will send to IRCC. After IRCC receives file, they will review and then send back to the original Visa office to reopen. Only thing you or your representative can do in the meanwhile is to put pressure on IRCC to keep it moving by send application status updates every 2 weeks or every month until your file gets reopened at the visa office.

I think no one can tell precisely what the sequence of processing is. Some times they ask for additional information and sometimes they wait till after medical and BGC. Anyway, let's all be patient and prayerful. I have a strong belief we would all rejoice soon

Mines is Accra as well and I know another that the VO is Accra and the file got reopened as well.
Please call IRCC and find out if your file was sent back first, if it was then you should be hearing sometime from Accra this coming week. I’m confident for you
Our file was sent back to Accra from Mississaugua through digitalization on October 7th and Accra received it on Oct 15th and our file was reopened on Nov 4th .
Appeal was March 15th 2021 and decision that same day, but we got the letter allowing our appeal on March 17th 2021.
