I found my given name in the portal was wrong. but the UCI number is correct. Does anyone meet it before? I was told that IRCC can’t correct it as they aren’t creator who set up my account. Then I replied the email but I didn’t get any replies. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? What is my name on the Copr if I completed this portal with wrong given name? Does this portal has a relationship with my Copr? As everything is my CIC account is correct.

Hey, can you please update how you got this fixed? My spouse recently got his portal credentials and is having similar issue. His given name is half printed.
We called IRCC and fortunately got connected to an agent who suggested us to go ahead and submit. To be on safe side, we raised a web form and informed to IRCC about the name issue. Received COPR on Oct-26 with the full and correct name printed on it.
I think, the portal accepts First Name up to 15 chars only, though they've updated it to 26 chars long after Nov 2015.

BTW, I've shared this link because, my spouse's name printed has exactly 15 chars in it while his first name is of 21 chars.
