Does the work experience for FSW EE and OINP Human Capital Priorities have to be the same?

In 2023 we plan to apply to FSW EE and declare a total of 3 years of foreign work experience to get maximum points (460+), and then hope to get invited by OINP HCP stream.

Does the work experience declared for FSW EE have to be the exact same work experience used for OINP Human Capital Priorities? Because for OINP HCP, the 1-year work experience required has to be in the last 5 years, but the work experience we'll declare for FSW EE is well beyond 5 years from 2023.

Work experience A for FSW EE that happened within the last 10 years since 2023: March 2015 - March 2018
Work experience B for OINP HCP that happens within the last 5 years since 2023: December 2018 - June 2021

They will be the same NOC 3012 (Registered Nurse), only different times and employers.

You are asking about a program in two years. There is talk about EE being revamped. Your EE work profile is the one that will get you the nomination for OINP.

Just put A+B on your profile. B by itself will qualify you for OINP, and A+B will get you the required years of experience. Any problem with that?

Note that your 3yrs of experience for EE do not have to be from one single job. Could even be jobs of different NOCs as long as all O/A/B and one of the NOCs can get you 12+ months for EE eligibility.
