What do you mean by a spousal visa? Are you a permanent resident or Canadian citizen who wants to sponsor their spouse for PR? Or is your situation different such as a foreign worker wanting to bring their spouse on a SOWP?

Actually, my wife is a Canadian Citizen and she wants to bring me to Canada through Spousal Visa. Now she is in the middle of filling required forms and I want to know what the next step is after submitting the forms to Canadian Immigration?

Once she submits the forms, there will be a lot of waiting while they process your application. Yes, you will need to complete a medical. Most applications do not require an interview however this will depend on your personal details and the details of your relationship.
