I am past 365 days from AOR to today’s date
Obviously I don't know your personal circumstances but I see a few folks never seeing any progress for a long time but then they started getting updates and completing their oaths within days of their 2 year mark.
If I were you, I'd decide based on my situation. Is lack of citizenship hampering my ability to progress personally like preventing personal/business travel or job progress, your earning potential or the stability you need to buy a home or start a family etc.
For a lot of people this is true, for some it's not. So you could decide based on that.
Remember, your withdrawal itself will take quite a bit of time. And if you apply before your withdrawal is complete, it could add more time as noted here:

Having waited this long, you have some moral high ground when talking to IRCC. I totally understand your frustration and it's fundamentally unfair but if I were you, for my own good, I would decide this 100% on a rational basis based on my injury from this delay and not compare my progress with others in the forum.
Just my 2 cents.
