Urgent Processing - Citizenship Application (Lets meet here )

I previously requested an official invitation letter for visa application, and the letter contained:
1. my name,
2. passport ID
3. conference name, date, and venue,
4. an invitation to present my work at the conference.


that's basically all the information in the letter. I assume they will email me a very similar letter for the coming event. Hopefully, IRCC will accept (you never know what IRCC is gonna do)

Hey Hanan, i got response from Kitchener VO to submit more Proof and i did so yesterday, just want to know your experience, they told they will communicate further only if the UP is accepted. Should i follow up in a week or so to check the status. Thanks!

In our case, they were satisfied with proof submitted with the webform and they only sent an email to inform us that they're processing our file as urgent. They are very responsive so you can follow up after a week or so. Good luck

As previously noted:

I submitted my application on the 27th of Sept, 2021 via Canada Post, received on 1st of October, and received an AOR today, the 22nd of October 2021 (Ecas: Application Received).

As of yesterday 29/10/2021:

ECAS Updated To: In Process

Well, it does seem like my UP request was approved after all. Doesn't it? Fingers crossed.

My Company is going to write me a letter that i may need to go to conference in January.

What should they exactly write down for me to be eligible for urgent processing?

I e-signed it
Instructions should be on the oath invitation.

Just got the urgent processing request approved after calling IRCC about 20 times. I will be invited for an oath next week!

What helped me at the end: a very kind IRCC phone agent contacted the local processing office behalf of me.

I asked to expedite my application back in July! So it took about 4 months for them to finally realize something is off.
