Well I wouldn't say skip, I'm still waiting for the decision. I had medical done about 2 years ago, still unsure whether they're going to use that one. Does that make sense?

Or am I mistaken about what the PAL is? This message says "You now qualify to receive pre-arrival services to help you prepare for your new life in Canada." I just assumed that was PAL.

Yes of course it’s torcher and nothing else especially when the agent tells you that till the time you don’t get an AOR your file can be sent back as an incomplete application. How insensitive !!

What you ask the agent. I call them 3 times and they did not give me any information not even looking at my application. All they says is we can not provide any information at this point.
