I had applied for ict under gss on September 14 . I got my passport request on October 19th . At same time I had applied for sowp for my spouse , but she hasn't received her PPR yet. How often does this happen where spouses PPR gets delayed . Please answer following questions.
1) I had filled 2 different IMM1295 and got 2
different application numbers for us . I believe that's the only way , there was no way to add her as "dependent" on my ICT application as we do in FSW PR application ?
2) Should I be worried that her application will not be processed under GSS even if we had filed on same day.

Does this happen will all gss applications or my seems to exception? Below link says

Spouse is also process in gss category
I ( PGWP Holder) applied on 18th july for the third time for my spouse’s visa from India, after 2 refusals ( During Study permit ) in 2019, no updates yet, Please update if you get any.
Processing is about 34 weeks so you should get a response by February-March. Why was your spouse refused and did you address the issues? When does your permit expire?
Application submitted - 11th July 2021
Biometric - exists with previous application, updated here on July 12th 2021
Medical - upfront done on 9th July 2021, medical passed in gckey on 1st Nov 2021

I have got my PGWP approved from India and planning to travel in Dec/Jan. Is it possible to take my wife along with me if she applies SOWP from here?
Or should I start working in Canada and get my payslip for her SOWP to get approved? Is it mandatory to produce payslip?

Not required. I got my SOWP applied separately based on my spouse ICT work permit. But she didn't travelled before my visa approval
