Not sure buddy.....I got an appointment next week for the medical, still wondering what we need to do with the IME form after the medical.

Yes.. you have to upload the acknowledgment you receive from the hospital after your medical is done .. upload through web form

If it's re-medicals, your panel physician will upload the report and completed IME form on your behalf.
