1. Mentor program. They will ask a mentor in your field of profession to communicate with you for 8 weeks, providing information about the industry and current trend. (Take me for example, I am an financial analyst in Africa in a Fortune 500 company and they offered me a CPA holder as my mentor. He is a senior finance manager in ontario. )
2. CV optimization. They will use ATS, the computer scanning technology to see what’s the gap between your CV and your desired position.
3. Other professional resources. Such as how to communicate well in Canada, what is the current trend.

Anybody similar to my situation? Immigration long process made me lose my first intention. I don't know whether I should continue this immigration or not.
Actually I am an EE applicant since 28 years old when I was allocated by my company in mauritius, Africa. Now I am 30 and am doing good in my hometown China. Kind of afraid of immigration now. I am a finance manager here in China and maybe I will start from bookkeeper in Canada. I don’t know if immigration suits me. I started immigration 2 years ago is just because I may highly lose my job in 35 years old in China. But it seems that in Canada, 35 is just the starting period of one’s career. I don’t know if my judgement is right or wrong.
