CRS score: 330, NOC: 2175 - are there any chances?

Hello everyone.

I have an active Express Entry account (CRS score: 330, NOC: 2175), status: submitted.

edit: Outland.

Which provincial program might suit me without a job offer?
*except for Quebec, where I am already registered.

Also, I have a TEFaQ test with CLB7, but it cannot be used for Express Entry, so if I pass TEF Canada I can increase my CRS score to 403.
I'm just trying to figure out if there is any reason to do more points.

yes i noticed. but maybe OP feels encouraged to see the noc is being targeted by OINP. a ray of hope. OP is trying to stay away from Qsw i guess. i mean who wants to struggle too much! IRCC has already done enough and more to all applicants hehe
