USA Bar ban: 10 years
Its gonna be 10 years next April

Can I visit Canada (not usa)?
Canada and the US are two different countries with different rules. Do you have a visitor visa? If not, you need to declare the ban. Whether it is approved is up to IRCC.

As long as you answered all questions in the eTA application truthfully, then yes. There is a question regarding about whether you've ever been ordered to leave a country. As long as you said yes to that question, you are good to go.

You are good to go but nobody can guarantee admission. CBSA determines whether you can enter and for how long when you land. Would make sure you have a return ticket, sufficient funds, an itinerary, etc.
