I alredy applied for visitor visa 145 days ago since i completed Biometrics but the average processing time for my country of application 124 days as of today . what shall i do???

That is the average time so can be more or less. You can raise a webform to ask. Since you applied so long ago, did you apply with authorization to travel to see an immediate or extended family?

You may have to reapply for the visitors visa if you applied. before September 7 2021

No i dont have any authorization to travel. I am thinking about the webform but i already used it one due to status change. And it says dont use it more than once.

I saw that but i thought i need to do it if and only if i want an expedite travel but i dont want that it says my application will remain in the queue.
