I am living in Offenbach Germany. I got PPR and now I need to send my passports to another city Düsseldorf VAC.
What will be the process? I am not getting that how to proceed.
It would be great if anyone can help me out.

As I have two dependents. Do I need to sign 3 VFS consent forms?

I processed my Passport in Dusseldorf also some years ago. The VAC is a walking distance from the Dusseldorf Hauptbahnhof. The address is Karlstraße 104, 40210 Düsseldorf. Just take a train to Dusseldorf and follow the navigator. You should be fine. Schone nacht....

Not yet and I think it doesn't matter the status in ECAS. Today I had sent my passport for stamping.
