Three secondary offices in gcms notes

Just noticed that in my gcms notes I have 3 secondary offices, CIO, OSC and CPC Edmonton.
I am FSW-O, is this a default thing? Because I never heard of FSW-O having CPC Edmonton.

Good day… have you been able to find out what this means? And has there been progress on your file.
These are the 3 secondary offices in my application too.
