TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

Hi everybody,

Has anyone been able to call CIC and ask all these questions? I spent hours on the phone only to be told the 'system' to check applications was frozen and I had to call back.
I have no idea about:
- For inland with apps > 6months old, do we need to withdraw + reapply? What if withdrawal doesn't get processed on time and both applications end up being denied?
- Do we need to send proof of vaccination as webform?
- Also, is it just me or the webform link is not working anymore as I don't see any form anywhere on this link ? https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Been waiting for 8 months now and have no idea what the hell CIC is up to - it's disgusting. Politics, dirt, hypocrisy and lies

I think if it's older than 6 months better reapply, I don't expect them to process it any time soon especially since they are focusing on processing the recent applications. Call the agent and ask them to put a note on your current applications requesting a withdrawal, in addition to the webform request.
I did send proof of vaccination but don't know if it helps inland applicants.
I did use this webform link yesterday, may it's just a technical issue today

All they say is "WAIT"

It's ok to wait only if they tell us how long to wait but they have no clue..they are randomly processing the applications

Eligibility Review: Around September 15
PPR: October 12th
Passport Sent: October 12th
Counterfoil printed: October 16th
Passport Received by me: October 21

In land application and used tracked express post package from Canada Post to send and receive passport.

Did you apply on the GC Key old portal or new one ?

I applied for TRV on August 16th after receiving my PGWP. No update to date.

I was looking for suggestions and references on how to reapply If I must.

I think the new portal is not for inland applicants, so you have to use GC key.
Did they start your eligibility review?

No, the eligibility review has not started. Need to know if anyone who reapplied inside Canada and got approved. I am left with two options

1. Raise webform with a family medical emergency.

2. Reaaply on the same portal and wait.
