Does my wife and my two children's application going to be refused since my daughter has ADHD with Speech Delay?

My student permit was approved last October 7 this year.

My wife, together with my two children, is currently filing for an open work permit. My younger daughter, on the other hand, was diagnosed with ADHD and Speech Delay last August 2021.

Is this anything I should be concerned about? Is my wife's and my two children's application going to be deferred or refused?

No but start looking at therapy for her. Speech Therapy is expensive and paid out of pocket unless you have private work insurance.

Thank you for your response.

Just a quick follow-up on the Upfront Medical for my wife and my two kids. Do we need to disclose that my younger daughter is an ADHD?

Well if it comes up later if ever applying for PR and you hadn't disclosed it then it could be construed as misrepresentation. Your choice. ADHD should not be medically inadmissable. You may want to show extra funds if therapy/medication is required for speech and ADHD therapy.
