Can I use my test TEF Québec (TEFaQ) for Express Entry profile?
and/or
Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream?

You need to take TEF Canada.

Yes, I know. I just thought I could use my TEFaQ test for more than just Quebec. Thanks anyway.

I'm not sure I understand your question in that case.

Only TEF Canada or TCF Canada are accepted for Express Entry.

TEFAQ is for Quebec only.

Hopefully there is a way not to take the test again for TEF Canada if I have TEFaQ ... but no :-(
