and on Oct, 15th I received a request letter to upload my IELTS original certificate. Now, I wonder if others received the same request and if it is a good sign to have my application being processed?

reach out to your local congressmen, prime minister email, minister of IRCC office and make noise.
People did the exact same thing in New Zealand and it worked. sitting and waiting is not gonna cut it.

I didn't receive any email update but just saw in my account that medical got updated and UCI number changed to 8 digit number. I didn't get biometrics request so lets see what happens.
