super visa application getting delayed

hi, we applied for our parents super visa in Oct 2020 at New Delhi Visa office. its almost a year now but no update. I contacted through web form, email and phone but no response. please guide how can I proceed or contact officials in visa office regd our application. thanks in advance.

Submit a new application and withdraw the old one or you can leave the old one as is, when the new application starts getting processed, the old one will be withdrawn for you.

thanks for your reply, I don't think I match the income cutoff this year so what could be the best option?

Please keep your old application running and don't apply for new. My parent's super visa was submitted September 2020 and on October 19, 2021 they got medical request.
