The PPR letter asked for the outland dependent passport to be submitted in Ontario, instead of Accra.
Please, how do I book for remedical. I have tried on the websites of both Qlife and IOMLagos but there is no slot available this year. I have less than 20days for the remedicals. I have sent mails to them and yet to get a response. I also can't get through to them on the phone. Please help!
Print your remedical request email (or profile message), pay for the medicals through the account details given on the website of the clinic you intend to go to. Take your payment teller or print out the payment receipt if you paid using your mobile banking app. Then take those alongside your passport ID to the clinic as early as possible (if you can get there before 7am, GREAT), and explain your situation to them. They're open minded people, they'll let you through.
PS: You shouldn't explain anything to the security. Unless they're checking you in with the official booking list (they rarely do that, at least IOM Abuja doesn't). They'll give you a number based on your time of arrival (first come first served basis). When you're inside then you can meet any of the protocol officers there once they start doing their attendance rounds with the booking list, and explain your situation. Otherwise, just follow the protocol until you're asked.

What we did. We sent a mail with subject matter extremely urgent!!! For both qlife and iom explaining we have medical request and no date available o their site within the 30 days time lapse from ircc. We would be very grateful if something can be done. Qlife gave my family of 6, oct 5th. IOM gave us 4th Oct. We just went with IOM. And I sent a mail to qlife cancelling the 5th appointment. Remember attach medical request letter.
