Recommendation: Review required - Stats Question & Eligibility "Not Started"

I received my GCMS notes today, following are my status.
Eligibility: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medicals: Passed
Info sharing: In Progress
R10: Ok

In the below notes. I find the following details:
Label: Client Enquiry
Enquiry Received via GCMS Provided Report via Call Center/Web Form. **REVIEW REQUIRED** Letter of Explanation, divorce documents and additional supporting documents
Created Date: 2021/05/05

Question here is this is related to the web form I submitted confirming my Letter of Explanation and sending over divorce case proceedings documents on May 5, 2021. However, I later received my divorce decree and submitted the document in early September 2021 via web form. Also, I received an acknowledgment from the IRCC saying they have forwarded the documents to the responsible officer. Why is that record not showing here? Should I submit again?

Question here is even though Eligibilty is showing "Not Started" Recommendation is Review Required - Stats Question. Does that mean they started processing the eligibility stage and also how long will this be in review required ? as its almost 8 months passed.

If the GCMS notes were generated before you submitted the new set of documents, that submission will not reflect in the notes.

If there is no notes starting like "REVIEW TYPE: A11.2", then your eligibility review has not started. What you have is the comment related to your application completeness check (R10). The fact that you answered "Yes" to a statutory question automatically triggers a review required.

If there is no notes starting like "REVIEW TYPE: A11.2", then your eligibility review has not started. What you have is the comment related to your application completeness check (R10). The fact that you answered "Yes" to a statutory question automatically triggers a review required.

Thank you @sgoldsmith for the response. I submitted the divorce documents on Sep 10 and I received acknowledgement from ircc saying they have forwarded documents to responsible office on Sep 14. I ordered the GCMS notes on Sep 21st. Are these timelines close enough to not reflect the documents in to the notes?

Thank you @sgoldsmith for the response. I submitted the divorce documents on Sep 10 and I received acknowledgement from ircc saying they have forwarded documents to responsible office on Sep 14. I am not that familiar with the speed at which your file would actually be updated once you submit new documents, but if IRCC sent you a mail confirming that they have received them and forwarded them to the responsible office, you should be ok.

Maybe @legalfalcon can confirm that there can be a delay between the time documents are forwarded to an office and the time those documents are actually looked at and processed.

I think it may a while, because the May 5th files were actually sent to them by March along with ircc acknowledgement on March 10 and it took 2 months to show up in gcms records. No sure, just thinking.

If you have submitted any documents via web form, it can take weeks before they are reviewed. They will be added to your file and you will receive an acknowledgement, but nothing will happen to them until they are reviewed by an officer and action is taken on them.

You will just have to wait and a delay of 1-4 months with the current processing not unusual.

YEs, this is related to the webform. If you sent anything after May 5, check the date of generation of the GCMS notes, listed at the bottom of each page. How your application looked as on the date of generation is captured.

This note is your R10 or completeness check note. If you answered yes to any stat questions, i.e. prior visa refusals, being charged etc, a review required is always placed.

Hi @legalfalcon , The GCMS notes were generated on Oct 14, exactly one month of submission of the documents. I will have to order another GCMS notes after 1 or 2 months to see if the document list is recorded. Is that right?

You should wait format least 4-8 weeks before requesting again to see any substantial development.
