Do you mind telling me where did you get this communication? Email, new CIC tracker, or on ECAS? I have all my statuses done as well since earlier this month and waiting for ceremony updates! Thanks!

Update: Status updated October 19 for both me and my wife. Except for the citizenship ceremony, all items are now showing up as complete in the new tracker. ECAS is now showing status as Decision Made for both of us. Awaiting scheduling of the citizenship ceremony. Scarborough office.

Hi - I finished my Citizenship test 3 weeks back and new CIC tracker still shows "In Progress".

Once I completed the test, I got an email from the citizenship team that my photo ID was blurry and they asked me to email the scan copy of the ID and I did it on the same day. But tracker still shows "In Progress".

Anyone has similar experience?

Hi everyone,

I have a a file that includes passport pages. And translations.. around 80 pages. Tried to compress but could only get it to 8 mb if I choose the stronger compression then it goes down to 3 mb but the quality goes downhill.. images not clear.

I'm trying to submit the passport as it was requested along with the test.

Finally, once i figure out the the sizing issue do you I send it as a reply to the test/passport request o got ? Or send as a new email?

You can try rescanning the passport pages with a lower resolution first. I'm not sure about this and I haven't tried it, but you can ask them if you submit multiple files.

I sent my copy in a new email as per the instructions (make sure to set the file name correctly and the subject line as requested).

When you login to your online account the last updated date shows on the top right !

I forwarded their test invitation email to the address mentioned but changed the subject line as per their instructions ! I had also attached Test/PP Scan request file which they had sent me !
