hii everyone last month, i called my representative to ask for gc key status then it shows 56% at that time and i asked again its only 60% now.. i am so depressed.. i don’t know how long it gonna take

Really, is there someone that knows why actually some people finish in 10 months and others in 2 years? (considering no adr or similar issues).
Not that we can do something about it, but I would like to understand if it's for technical reasons or it's just luck and depends on the agent that is sloppy or not.
Btw I asked for GSCM note in august and they sent me an email saying that they needed more time. The new limit date was 25 October, it's 20 and I still didn't receive anything.

Mate if there was even an ounce of transparency from IRCC we more than likely wouldn't need this forum.
My understanding is they do not transfer files between agents, who knows how many files an agent might have at one time but you could imagine that if they get sick, go on leave, whatever - those files are now delayed. Also since their workflow is so manual, there's probably a lot of context switching between files so they probably only work on one at a time (is my guess anyway).
My dear I have AR since nov 2020 with no AOR till date !! We have nothing to do but to wait
