You can try to get a visitor visa and this will allow you to travel to Canada but not working.

No. You have to show you can afford to travel to Canada and visit as well as strong travel history and home ties. You are applying for a visitor visa so your are coming here for tourism or to visit family.
 
To register as a refugee, you must leave your country and claim refugee status at the UNHRC in another country. UNHRC decides where you will be settled. You don’t decide if you can come to Canada. It will take years to process.

No, it will cost a lot of time. I need to go to Canada or America, but I don't have money.
