This forum really isn't the place to look for lawyer recommendations. You don't know the people on here personally. Don't trust them if they say that Mr./Ms. XXX is a good lawyer.
Instead, talk to people in your local community, use a good google search, reviews and talk to several lawyers on the phone to get an idea.

Would depend what type of issue. There aren’t many OHIP issues that would involve a lawyer.
As was said, it depends on the issue. Why do you need a lawyer? Something happened, or do you want to consult about this subject? Try looking near you, I'm sure that you'll find some. Also, a great option is to search on google. I like to use this method cause I can read a lot of reviews and choose. The last time I did it, I was searching for military defense lawyers for my friend. So yeah, for me, it's the best way. But you can choose wherever you want, as long as it works for you. Good luck!
