Hi y’all!

I’m currently working in canada under a Working Holiday Visa and I have sent my application for TR to PR under the french speaking essential (non-healthcare) workers (outside of Quebec). My worry is that I still haven’t had any answer and my visa expires at the end of January. If I don’t get an answer by then, will I be disqualified if I go back to France?

Did you check the open work permit option? If you don't want to go back to france and risk being disqualified you can apply and stay in Canada
