Hello Guys,

I am working as an Application Analyst (NOC A) in IT company (without LMIA). My current status is that I am on PGWP and working in this job since last 6 months.
Does that mean I have a valid job offer? I am asking this question because recently I got invitation form EE PNP draw (got nominated by Alberta as I am working here). My base profile was FSWP as I do not have 1 year of skilled experience in Canada (so mean no eligible under CEC). Can you please suggest me do I need to show proof of funds to submit EE profile or my current job will count as a job offer (as per CIC if I have a valid job offer I do not need POF)?

Please help me on this as I do not have enough fund from last few months. However, I have it by today. What can I do in this case. I tried every possible ways to get answer but still confusing. Thank you!!!

You are on a PGWP so no you don’t have a valid job offer. Since you are through FSW, you need to be eligible for the program so you need the funds. Funds are in your bank accounts, for example.

When I fill EE profile it ask for multiple question like 1.job offer? 2. LMIA for that offer ? etc....I did yes in first, no in second. If still this is not valid offer then what can I do now?

You don’t have a job offer on a PGWP. You need an approved LMIA to count a job offer. So adjust your profile.

1. No
2. No
