· Clients who are submitting documents requested by one of our officers

· Requests to withdraw an application or refunds

If your enquiry is NOT one of the priority enquiries listed above, you will not receive a reply.

If you included attachments with your enquiry, rest assured that they will be added to your file shortly.

I am not sure why the response to you request is different. There were questions and I chose the option Access to Information Act?

hi, after you have submitted your passport pages, your next step is "UP docs" submitted to MIS office. What do "UP docs" mean?

I wanted to share that after taking the examination, I was requested a scanned copy of my PR card as the photo I took during my exam was not clear enough. So I emailed them a copy.

I was issued a new passport by my home country, do I need to provide IRCC a copy of the bio page of my new passport?

to the extent this information is helpful in relation to my query here, I was requested to provide scanned copies of all the pages of my new passport. I initially just provided a copy of the bio page and the last page of my new passport in addition to my two other older passports.

Yes, I am sure. I ordered 3 so far and it did not impact my application. You can see my timeline on the signature.

You can keep believing in theories and wonder if it would delay, or you could just place the ATIP request and see the result.

I think major difference is time it takes for background check. For some it's done in 2 days, for others it takes months.
