Marked 1 year October 16 yesterday of my application, but no update for test invite yet.
Well under the timeline for processing ..Is what you would be told .
Yes it's frustrating .

The way things are going with citizenship. I really think that you will have yours before me . And I am starting to accept that the government want to process as many 2020 and 2021 case . Before they get to far behind.
My saving grace is I have 4 yrs left on my PR. Card . Let's hope I don't have to use up the 4yrs waiting for an oath

A friend of mine family of 4 test invites was March 2021, application sent Nov 2019 but haven’t been sent for oat invites.

Based on the people who have had oath invitation lately, my guess work will be that they're issuing oath invitations based on the time applicants received DM, instead of when they originally applied. The last set of oath invites got their DM in April and May 2021.

No 2021 to oath yet . But they seem to be moving along in the processing .

Based on the people who have had oath invitation lately, my guess work will be that they're issuing oath invitations based on the time applicants received DM, instead of when they originally applied. The last set of oath invites got their DM in April and May 2021.

So tests completed in February. Should be September next year . If people are only getting dm in April and may of 21.

I have seen on other forms . People that applied in March 2021 have already sat there test .

The problem is how and why later applicants get DMs faster than earlier

I got my DM 4 months after I passed my test. I can't be sure but I'll presume it depends on the agent handling the file.

Not yet, still waiting for oath. DM was in August so it's been 2 months plus already

And here lies the problem . Some people sat there tests in February and have had no news and tracker has not moved . Except saying test completed and background completed . This is the problem. There is no set structure to how they select . Who gets to do test . And how long after test till you get a DM.
It's just so random .that's why people are getting feed up and annoyed. With the whole process of citizenship. Especially in this province.
My logic now is that every Wednesday that I have no update . I maybe getting closer . I know I am getting closer to a 2 yr anniversary.

I have been scheduled for oath on Oct 28th. Application received on April 24 2021 and Decision made on Aug 12.
