I took my master's degree in math 5 years ago and I am planning to pursue a CS or technology diploma program in Canada. Can you suggest me a good college? Something that would help me find a decent Level A/B job during my PGWP. Which one of these programs would you suggest?

The first one is cheaper. But do Canadian employers highly prefer to hire those with a Humber College diploma?
P.S. I have no previous experience in programming.

If you took a masters, why do you need to come to Canada and spend tens of thousands of dollars? You need to show education progression and career advancement (promotion, higher paying job) in your home country.

No one can tell you what school to go to…it is your career or help you find a job. Canadian employers will look at your experience and if you have no programming experience, then you may have difficulty.
