I had kinda similar issue.
They said my job duties are very similar to those on the website so they want a new letter with duties written in our own words.

I was asked to upload new letter on 29th sept 2021

It’s really sad.I m more frustrating day by day.I don’t know wat I can do to get updates.

You mean u were not given a reference letter which showed the continuing job

Thanks for your response. My employer had provided letter mentioned that current working permit is ending on so and so and it will extend further. same employment offer were uploaded as part of application submission. But here bad part is, they simply refused my application without asking any further / updated letter..

Yes, I am working in IT company. my score was 466 and it was picked up on 7th Jan draw (461).

I got my second GCMS notes, it says that I passed Eligibility and the only thing remaining is Security, which is processed by the CIO (Centralized Intake Office)
