I had kinda similar issue. They said my job duties are very similar to those on the website so they want a new letter with duties written in our own words.

don't worry man, I was feeling the same too. It comes when you least expect it. Just chill and do what you do and you will get it asap. :)

for me they didnt pass anything even last friday. this was just random.

I think they don't care about dec-jan-feb files. It's funny how they keep on taking new files every 2 weeks and increasing backlog. :D

How did you even get in touch with them? I tried calling for hours but no luck. Always busy..
