Two-year associate degree + two-year bachelor's degree

I studied in the US and received an associate degree from a community college after a two-year study. After this, I transferred to a university where all my credits transferred and I received a bachelor's degree after another two years. So, my question is, would I qualify for "two Canadian certificates, diplomas, or degrees, where one is for a program of three years or more?"

The reason I ask this question is that, in the US, several students just go to a four-year college and get a bachelor's degree straight, but in my case, I went to a community college first, got an associate's degree and then transferred my credits to a four-year college and got a bachelor's degree, however, I ended up spending the same total of four years in college just like this student who went straight to a four-year college? Does this give me an advantage in the Express Entry point? Has anyone been in this situation before?

You'll need to get your education assessed.

Most likely the equivalency in Canada will be to a single Bachelor degree.

Canada doesn't have associate degrees and Bachelor degrees are typically four years.

So most likely no advantage.

Ok, so I just learned that British Columbia province has associate degrees. Does this mean, worse case scenario, if others reject, this gives me an advantage if I apply to British Columbia province?

You only got your second degree because you had the associates degree so they aren’t 2 separate degrees. You’ll need to get them assessed but agree that you will likely only get assessed as one bachelor level degree.

No, you won't have any advantage in BC. You need to get your education assessed by WES or another accepted agency and see what it says. That will be the answer for all immigration programs, including BC.
