Yes. It could be ghost update. However, looking at april spreadsheet it could be a sign that you will soon get the pre arrival letter or DM.

Ok thanks! I got my Pre Arrival letter a few months ago actually ... hopefully it's my medical being reviewed as it's been a few months now!
Hello everyone. Good day. Please I need advice. I submitted spousal application for my husband late July and I am yet to get any confirmation or acknowledgment from ircc . How long does it usually take and do I have to call them to follow up? It’s been almost 3 months so we are worried.
Did you got pre-arrival letter/invitation earlier or it was directly DM?I received DM today
My representative sent me the pre-arrival e-mail today which is dated 13th October 2021 and DM on 14th October 2021

I received my Pre-Arrival back in July ... my medical test was super delayed though (COVID delays in Australia) and the results took 71 days to process as medical were all delayed, according to the CIC website. Also I'm moving to Quebec which is another step too ...
